Our Team

The Crew Behind the Grinder

Four people, one bench. Every session you book gets one of us directly — no handoffs between the person who fits you and the person who grinds your clubs.

CO
Founder & Master Grinder

Caleb Osei

Started as a clubmaker's apprentice before opening the studio in 2016. Hand-grinds every wedge and iron set himself and trains everyone else on the bench.

RN
Head Fitter

Renata Novak

Runs full-bag fitting sessions and low-point mapping. Spent six years fitting at a regional golf retailer before joining the studio.

DW
Bench Technician

Deshawn Whitlock

Handles regrips, reshafts, and loft/lie adjustments, and assists on full-set grind passes during busy weeks.

IM
Studio Manager

Ines Marchetti

Books sessions, keeps the demo wall stocked, and is usually the first voice you'll hear on the phone.

How We Train

Every Grinder Starts on Scrap Heads

Nobody touches a client's club on their first week. New bench technicians spend a minimum of three months practicing camber cuts, trailing-edge relief, and sole-width passes on retired heads before they're cleared to grind a paying session — and even then, Caleb signs off on every full-set grind before it leaves the shop.

3M

Minimum Bench Time Before Solo Work

That's not a certification requirement anyone imposes on us — it's a standard we set for ourselves after seeing how much a rushed grind can cost a good iron set.

Meet the Crew in Person

Book a session and you'll work directly with the person doing the grinding, start to finish.
